Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on spinph78. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. spinph78 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any bonuses, promotional credits, or winnings generated across those accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for:

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or operate your spinph78 account — is prohibited. spinph78 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

spinph78 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on spinph78 is ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your spinph78 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly.
• spinph78 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Withdrawals:

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on spinph78 and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the spinph78 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in card games or coordinating crash game cash-out timing.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to spinph78 support immediately.
• Using spinph78 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal fraud in connection with spinph78 deposits.
• Accessing spinph78 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension imposed by spinph78.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing spinph78 staff or other players through any communication channel.

spinph78 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

spinph78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the player.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, spinph78 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their spinph78 account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinph78 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the spinph78 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, game statistics, or promotional material published on spinph78.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

spinph78's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits spinph78's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

spinph78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on spinph78, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the spinph78 Privacy Policy.

spinph78 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary to fulfill spinph78's regulatory obligations.

spinph78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — spinph78 will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and/or through a prominent notice on the spinph78 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of spinph78 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must stop using spinph78 and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Requests for account closure submitted in response to a material amendment will be processed without penalty, and any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
